Meet the Team

Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter with 20 years of experience, specializing in Commercial Refrigeration Equipment. The combination of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems made the trade both challenging and rewarding. What he enjoys most are the relationships built along the way — long-term clients, general contractors, suppliers, and the technicians on the team. Earning a customer's trust through consistent service, clear communication, and dependable follow-through creates partnerships that extend well beyond a single job. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and competes at a high level in curling — a former BC Junior and 2× BC Mixed Champion with hopes of representing BC at the Canadian Men's Championships.

Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter with 10 years experience in the field. Strong customer service background and specializes in diagnostics to fix things right the first time. Mat has a passion for aviation and is pursuing his pilot's license.

Red Seal Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter with 5 years experience, slightly more specialized in Refrigeration from extensive service work, with strong diagnostic, install, and repair skills across all systems. He got into the trade because he's always enjoyed working with his hands and problem solving. What he enjoys most — keeping the community comfortable, food cold, and beer slightly colder! When not on the job, Kyle is mountain biking, enjoying the outdoors, practicing drums, or relaxing in a sauna somewhere.

Second Year Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter with 2 years of experience, specializing in Heat Pumps, Refrigeration, and Commercial HVAC. Ben got into the trade to learn a useful skill and expand his knowledge. What he enjoys most is that the job has a varied dynamic — every day is something new, and troubleshooting systems keeps things interesting. Outside of work, Ben enjoys travelling and going to music concerts.

Red Seal Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter with just over a year of experience in the field. Outside of work, Ewan enjoys coaching hockey and fishing.

Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic and B-ticket Gasfitter with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in commercial refrigeration service and high-quality, functional installations. Kristen enjoys teaching and empowering apprentices to get hands-on experience and practice what they've learned. He got into the trade for the diversity of work and the challenge of solving problems to fix things. What he enjoys most is working with a great team and great clients — earning trust and building relationships. Outside of work, Kristen is a decoy (bite suit) for police and protection dog training.
