Up to $4,000Homes currently using electric baseboard or forced-air electric heating can qualify for rebates when upgrading to an energy-efficient heat pump system.
- Heat pumps are 2–3x more efficient than electric resistance heating
- Rebates apply to both ducted and ductless heat pump installations
- Application must be submitted within 6 months of the invoice date
- Equipment must be installed by a registered contractor
Energy Savings Program — Income-Qualified Heat Pump Rebates
Up to $24,500Based on your household income, you could receive up to $24,500 to cover the costs of heat pump installation, including electrical upgrades.

- Available to condo owners, apartment owners, and renters (with landlord permission)
- Ductless mini-split systems are the most common qualifying option
- Unit must be a primary residence in a multi-unit residential building
- Application must be submitted within 6 months of the invoice date
